About Us

The Luftwaffe SIG was formed so that a group of modellers with an interest in German military aviation have an opportunity to share their passion for all things Luftwaffe. The SIG displays in the north of England and Scale Model World. On a day-to-day basis you'll find us on Facebook.

Luftwaffe, what does it mean? What does the SIG include?

Our raison d'etre is to be as inclusive as possible but world war two is always going to be the most popular period with our members. However, we cover all German military aviation in the broadest possible sense. Take a look at our history of German military aviation to get an idea of what we do.

We do not profess to be experts, we are a group of friendly enthusiasts. We welcome modellers of all abilities from any corner of the globe. Please pop over to our Facebook group and click join, it is free of charge.
